This role playing activity, presented by the National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network, covers both methods of scientific inquiry and problem solving. In this activity, students will "use the skills of scientific inquiry to uncover the most likely perpetrator of a crime, and employ a paper diagnostics tool as a 
forensics device for chemically determining whodunit." This activity will take two 50 minute classroom sessions. A Teacher Preparation Guide, Student Guide, A Student Guide with Answers, Lesson Supporting Manual, and Cast Cards parts one, two, and three are included.
