Title: Taking a Closer Look at Objects
Url: https://www.nnin.org/education-training/k-12-teachers/nanotechnology-c...
Publisher: National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network
Description:

This lab, presented by the National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network, students will be prompted to think critically about examining the world around them. These flexible lessons will allow students to use magnifying glasses and microscopes to observe structures and gather information. For reference, these lessons may be used along with other activities discussed in the book "Microscopes and Magnifying Lenses" by Janice VanCleave. Included in this lab are: Taking a closer look - worksheet, Taking a closer look - evaluation, Magnifying glass information page, Microscope information page, SEM information page, Microscope student worksheet for center, and SEM images for activity.
